The house benefits from a communal pool which is 12 metres by 4 metres and has sunbed areas around the pool, a shaded are you can sit or lounge on the sunbeds and also a kiosk.

Although this was built for all the neighbouring houses, most of them have their own pool, so presently there are only 3 houses that use the pool, so there is lots of quiet space and lots of pool to enjoy.

As Psematismenos is a quiet village, you can enjoy the surrounding areas in peace. There is an outisde eating area on the right hand side and on the left hand side there is a very large patio area to enjoy.

To the rear of the house, there is an elevated area which could be another seating area where you could relax and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean sea.

The oil tank for the central heating is also housed in this area, as is the water tank.
